Electricity, Central Heating, Linen and Hot Spa Tub.

Electricity, Hot Spa Tub & Central Heating are included in the rent.

Bed Linen & Bath Towels, Tea towels are provided, but we do not provide Beach Towels.

Arrival & Departure

All holidays start & finish on a Saturday ( except for Short Breaks). Studios availability is from 4pm on arrival day & terminates at 10am on departure day.

Parking

There is private secure guest parking for each studio.The Mount View has one parking space & the Bay View has space for 2 medium size cars.

Children & Pets

We regret that children under 16 or pets are not permitted in the studios.

Booking

To book one of the studios, please use the 'Bookings' page or phone using the details below. All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions shown below. If a booking is made eight weeks or more before the holiday starts, a deposit of one third of the full rent is required. A booking can not be held without a deposit. The balance is payable not later than eight weeks before the start date. If your holiday begins less than eight weeks from the time of booking the full rent is payable immediately.

Supplement :For 2+ occupancy in the Bay View a £50 supplement will apply per person.

Payments - preferred method of payments are Internet bank transfer and cheques; made payable to Mrs H Wenn.
