By Road

The M4, M5 & M6 all lead to the South West of England. From Exeter you can choose from two main holiday routes, the A30 & A38. The A30 will lead you across Bodmin Moor, or by taking the A38 route you will enter Cornwall across the Tamar Bridge in Plymouth. The roads are mainly dual carriageways.

If you are travelling in a westerly direction along the A30, 1.5miles after Crowlas village you will need to take the 2nd exit at the roundabout - you will recognise this as you will see for the first time the welcoming sight of Mount's Bay before you, with Penzance to your right on the horizon.

Following the signs for Marazion you will see St Michael’s Mount on your right. Keep driving through the town and over the zebra crossing. In a few hundred yards you will see a large SLOW sign in the road. Turn immediately right into Mount's Bay House.
