Term & Conditions

Tenants' Obligations

The tenant agrees to:

1.Pay for any losses or damage to the Property.

2.To take good care of the Property & leave it in a clean & tidy condition on departure. Mounts Bay House reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.

3.To permit the owner or their agents reasonable access to the property

4.Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party listed on the booking form

5.Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description

Governing Law

The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English Law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Complaints

We take every care to prepare our studios to a high standard so our visitors will enjoy their holidays. If a problem does arise, please let us know straight away.We will make every effort to resolve the problem.

Liabilty

Mounts Bay House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to the person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of the letting.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks before the holiday begins, the whole rent is payable unless we can relet the studio. With more than eight weeks notice before the start date the deposit will only be refunded if we can relet the studio.
