Occupancy & Quality
Both of our properties are inspected by ‘Visit Britain’ and have been awarded four stars
The occupancy shown sleeps 2-3 / 2-4 means that the +1/ +2 would be accommodated on the bed settee. If both Studios are booked together they will accommodate 7 guests. The prices quoted are per property and sleep up to the maximum number stated.
Payment
Deposit - a deposit of one third is required to secure the booking.
Balance- must be paid 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. If your holiday begins less than 8 weeks from the time of booking the full rent is payable. Please make cheques payable to Mrs H Wenn.
Arrivals & Departures
Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure (except for Special Offer Short Breaks), as we like to prepare the properties to a high level of cleanliness.
Breakages
We would like to point out that a hirer is legally held responsible for any damage or breakage. We would appreciate notification of breakages, to ensure the unit is fully equipped for future guests.
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your holiday please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to re-let the Studio, if successful we will be pleased to refund your payment. Holiday Insurance is advisable.
